Contact
Whether you want to ask about a step in the deposit or withdrawal process, talk about a content partnership, or tell us we got something wrong, email is the way. Below also spells out what we do and don't do, so you're not left waiting on the wrong thing.
- General questions and partnerships: [email protected]. For a question about an article, to compare notes on moving money in and out, or to discuss working together, use this one.
- Content corrections: [email protected]. If a process, wording or framing no longer matches reality, use this one; once we verify it, we'll fix it and log it on the Corrections page.
We're a small site, so replies may not be fast — thanks for your patience. When you write, tell us which page you were reading, the exact line, and what the problem is; it helps us get to the point much faster.
What we don't do
To avoid any confusion, and for the safety of your funds, a few things to make clear up front:
- We don't sign up or verify on your behalf. We won't open a Gate account or complete identity verification for you; registration and KYC are for you to do yourself through official channels.
- We don't deposit, withdraw or operate on your behalf. Anyone telling you to send coins or money to us so we can "cash out for you" or "withdraw for you" is not us — treat it as a scam outright.
- We are not Gate support. We can't resolve an account freeze, an order dispute, or a withdrawal problem — those go only through Gate's official support. At most, an article can point you to roughly how the process runs.
Anti-impersonation reminder
Please remember: we will never message you first, and we will never, under any pretext, ask for your login password, fund password, SMS code, authenticator (2FA) code or recovery phrase. Gate's official side won't ask for these either. If someone posing as "FiatPath" or "Gate support" DMs you, adds you as a contact, asks for any of this, or tells you to download an app or click a link to "unfreeze your account", you can safely treat it as a scam — ignore it and don't transfer anything.
Every contact from us happens only through the email addresses listed on this page, and we will never ask for any of your secret credentials.
On investment advice
One more time: we don't provide any investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Which coin to buy, whether to add to a position, where the market is heading — please don't email those, because we won't answer, and we shouldn't. This site covers deposit and withdrawal process and risk only.
