About FiatPath

This is a small, independent site that explains how to move money in and out of crypto. Here's who we are, what we write, how we check it, and how the site keeps the lights on — all in one place, so you're not second-guessing as you read.

Who we are

FiatPath (the site at fiatpath.com) is an independent third-party guide to moving money in and out. We have no affiliation with Gate, and we are not Gate's official website, an official agent, or official support — nor are we tied to any other exchange. Where "Gate" appears on this site, it's simply the subject we're explaining; all rules, fees and pages are ultimately whatever Gate's own pages say.

Plainly put, we organise public platform material, common process boundaries and risk checks into readable guides. Treat this as third-party research, not the platform's official word, and verify the current page before acting.

About the bylines (to be straight with you)

Articles here carry a byline, such as "An Zhou · FiatPath Editorial". To say it plainly: these names are pen names — editorial aliases, not real identity details. We use them so the writing has a steady, recognisable voice and you can tell it's the same group of people. That's all there is to it.

We don't use these bylines to invent degrees, professional credentials, licences, or a trading track record, and we don't fake any media endorsement or institutional certification. The "Senior Analyst" and "Licensed Advisor" packaging you see elsewhere won't appear here — because it wouldn't be true. Judge whether the content is useful by whether it's correct and whether it gives you a way to check things yourself, not by a title next to a name.

What we cover, and what we don't

Our scope is deliberately narrow — just the deposit and withdrawal side of crypto:

What we don't do, and have no intention of touching: we don't recommend coins, predict prices, run trades for you, post calls, or give any investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Which coin will rise, whether to go heavy — we don't answer those, because they're outside our scope and shouldn't be decided for you by an explainer article.

Editorial principles and fact-checking

Deposit and withdrawal content is money-adjacent — get it wrong and someone can pay more or lose out — so we try to hold to a few principles:

Corrections and contact

If you find that an article's process, wording or framing no longer matches reality, tell us. For content corrections, write to [email protected]; for general questions or partnerships, write to [email protected]. For more on how we handle corrections, see Corrections and Contact.

Referral disclosure

Here's how the site keeps running: some sign-up and deposit-decision pages contain a Gate referral link and invite code. FiatPath may earn a commission from qualifying activity through those links. Any invite benefit, rate, eligibility and regional restriction follows Gate's current page; FiatPath does not guarantee it.

That commercial relationship may affect FiatPath's income, but it should not replace your judgment. Whether to sign up or use any platform is your decision, after checking whether it is permitted where you live. The fuller disclosure is in our Disclaimer.
